Do you provide strict meal plans?

No. We believe strict meal plans teach you how to follow a piece of paper, not how to make choices in the real world. Instead, we provide meal frameworks, recipe guides, and teach you how to build balanced plates.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

Our programs are designed for busy professionals. Expect to spend about 15-20 minutes a week on check-ins, plus the time you dedicate to grocery shopping and basic food prep.

Do I need a gym membership?

Not necessarily. While we encourage movement, our primary focus is nutrition and lifestyle habits. Any exercise recommendations will be tailored to your current access and preferences.

Is this appropriate if I have a medical condition?

We work alongside your healthcare team. While we provide nutrition coaching, we do not provide medical nutrition therapy for acute disease management. We'll discuss this during your initial consultation.
